Curtis Law Office consists of attorneys George W. Curtis, Beth D. Osowski, Brian Beisenstein, Michael Kuborn, and a remarkable staff of legal professionals dedicated to the best possible result on each case.
Mr. Curtis is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School at Madison. He was admitted to the Wisconsin bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin in 1962. With over 40 years of legal experience, Mr. Curtis is an accomplished trial lawyer and recognized leader in the legal community of east-central Wisconsin. Mr. Curtis has a strong ethic of standing up for public justice. He is Past-President of the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, a State Representative to the American Trial Lawyer's Association, and a Past-President of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been recognized in the publication "Who's Who in American Law", and is a welcomed public speaker on personal injury and insurance law topics. He was named in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer by his peers. He is a member of numerous national and local legal interest organizations.
As the number one ranked graduate in her law school class at the University of North Dakota School of Law, Attorney Osowski brought to Curtis Law Office her extensive education, dedication to the law, talent and patience for research, and her desire to succeed in helping those in need of representation. She was admitted to the Wisconsin and Minnesota State Bars in 1994, and has provided the clients of Curtis Law Office with 10 years of excellent service. Prior to law school, Ms. Osowski was a high school social sciences teacher. Today, she teaches seminars and lectures on workers' compensation, estate planning and probate issues. Attorney Osowski's practice areas include: workers' compensation, personal injury, real estate law, and general civil litigation.
Brian Beisenstein adds significant experience as a personal injury trial lawyer to Curtis Law Office. Brian has tried cases throughout the State of Wisconsin, and in the past has represented both insurance companies as well as individuals who have been injured. That experience will serve him well in offering our clients superior service and representation. Brian received his Juris Doctorate from Drake University in 1995, and was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar in 1997. He was named as 2007's Rising Star in the Wisconsin Super Lawyer Magazine. He is a Member of ATLA, WATL, and the Outagamie County and Winnebago County Bar Associations. Brian's area of practice is centered on personal injury.
Mr. Kuborn is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and the Marquette University Law School. He was admitted to the Wisconsin bar and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin in 1998, and is also licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Arizona. Mr. Kuborn is a former Wisconsin State Patrol Sergeant and a retired United States Marine. In addition to his extensive experience in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, Mr. Kuborn also provides Family Law and Employment Law services.'
